Roatan for my Birthday

I'm going to be in Roatan on my birthday in March. I'm going on Royal Caribbean and I'm trying to find something fun to do. I'm 34 and going with my cousin. I was thinking about doing the Sol Y Mar adults only all inclusive excursion. What are some other options that could be fun?
