The only one I've heard rumors of having it was Port Everglades. I also was told if you show them your card in a place without it they'll bring you to the front of the line, but never was with a group with just GE people to test. 

 

Frankly with the rolling out of facial recognition at multiple ports I would think the odds of GE ever making it to ports is nonexistent.

It wasn't there a few weeks ago....HOWEVER it was so quick and easy...literally handed agent passport and he looked and handed it back.  Quickest I've ever had...

Ditto yesterday (Dec 8).  Walked down gangway, grabbed bags, handed customs agent our passport, he glanced at it and said have a nice day.
