Is Vintages on Symphony included in the UDP?

I cannot find any information on Vintages being somehow included in the dining package. I would love to try out the Paella. I know it's a la carte, but will I get the $35 credit for each visit?

I don’t believe that vintages serves food any longer. At least I didn’t see any being served or see any menu that listed food on it when I cruised on Symphony recently. But perhaps they have served some in different routes .

When we were on this summer, they used a small menu from Jamie's.  I liked it better on Oasis and Allure when they had a more extensive menu--not sure if they still do it that way.
