Beach?

Governors Beach on the other side of the commercial pier to the north of Jack's. Few if any facilities.  In Cockburntown, there is a whole strip of beach along Front Street.  No facilities.  But just at the northern end of town is John's Oceanview which has facilities, food, bar, etc.  Pillory Beach up north of John's. The Bahio Resort is there.  They have a day charge for cruisers.

You can walk to Governors Beach, but for all the others you'll need a taxi.

My vote is for Pillory Beach. the Bahio Resort is small, but WOW!, the beach is amazing. You can literally walk for what seems like miles and not see a soul. This is what I did with my son years ago. It was one of the best days we've had on vacation. The sand was warm, the waves were perfect and the water wasn't rocky. The resort has a very well maintained bar and restaurant with kinda-pricey but worth it food and drinks. It's my version of perfect!
