Cabo planning excursion

Carnival ship is docking in Cabo at 10am. Would this be Mountain or pacific time? I'd like to do a whale watch excursion. The one I've picked out says 12pm mountain time and arrive to dock 20 minutes early. Not sure I'll have enough time to get off the ship and make the excursion. Thanks

OK, couple things to clarify here. First, no cruise ship docks in Cabo, as it is a tender port. So extra time is required. I think it is going to be very tight in your case.

 

Carnival is the odd cruise line out here...they seem to not change their clocks to match local time. I would ask this portion of your question on the Carnival board, here:

to be as sure as possible what time Carnival will be using.

When? I ask only because Mexico has a different daylight savings time start and stop time. And I would say if you can get the early tender (we waited and got tickets the day before), I think you’re fine. It mostly depends on how close it is to the tender. You can take a water taxi if it’s on the other side of the harbor and still be quick.

Carnival DOES change time on board its ships for this cruise. I don't remember if they do it for Cabo or just for Puerto Vallarta.
