Getting Sick on a Cruise

Ginger chips are excellent for the stomach. It’s basically ginger pieces coated in sugar. Allow them to dissolve in your mouth. Helps with nauseous pain too! 
Pre cruise take zinc and vitamin c.
Get your flu shot.

Washing hands constantly.

Avoid hot tubs and pool.

Practice yoga for balance and immune system.
Aging well is the New best revenge!
