Carnival Horizon 8-day Southern Caribbean Menus

I am trying to decide which day to book specialty dining, but can't find any current 8-day Southern Caribbean menus.  I am sailing 2/22/20.  Does anyone have the current menus?  Thanks in advance!!

I will be on the Horizon on 2-8-20 for an 8 day and I will try to get a picture of each day.

If you go to January 4th there is a thread that shows pictures of the menus from the Horizon 8  Day

We'll be on that cruise too and was also wondering if menus were available.  I'm more familiar with RC, it's our first time with Carnival.
