Going on Sun March 13. Does anybody know who is the current concierge and butler?

Concierge is Susannah and there were several butlers.
We had Carlos and he was the BOMB! Loved him!!
Susannah ( can’t remember last name) recently came from Dawn and was excellent. We traveled with my 91 yo mom and between Carlos and Suzannah Mom was treated like a Queen.

You will be so pleased!

Any idea where my favorite Cruise Director JC Sanchez is?  He was on the breakaway last April.  I am hoping he is on the Getaway this April!

Our now -adult children LOVED JCSanchez
We had him on Getaway so long ago! I never remember a CD- but I remember him!

My guess would be that this is not the same person.  This one is Juan Carlos Sanchez and here's a picture of him on the Breakaway from 10/5/14.  He wears glasses now, has a goatee, and has put on a few pounds (who among us hasn't).  It was wonderful that he remembered us this week when we last cruised with him in early 2015.
 

We had him inaugural year of Getaway I believe. Different hat with every outfit !
Knew our names magically!!

According to his Facebook page, he returned to the Bliss on January 18.

I.m surprised of the negative comments of Nelson on Epic .I was on a Med cruise last october with Omar as GM andmlater joined by Nelson .Both were gracious and very accommodating. To me .....very nice guys 

my cabin was totally decorated for my birthday and goodies sent ....thank you all.

hoping this Corav 19 disappears quickly so I can cruise again ..boohoo ..none planned fora long while ..boohoo 

i sailed with Djamel twice on Star ...he is awesome ...glad to see his great promotion 

Jaoa too ...was f&b on Getaway ..now GM of Breakaway ...bravo !

whatever happened to Richard Janicky ..he was sooooo nice on my other Epic cruise 

where is cruise director Simon ..lovely chap !

i met many great guys on NCL and bumped into a few on Holland America ....they were super nice ...Mustapha, Julian

It's too early to ask about a July cruise. But on our cruise, Concierge suite guests had Rey as their concierge.

Yeshe eas GM of Star for many years then moved to Joy now he is on other coast on BreakawAy ..I read here .Star is much smaller ship
Amir on Epic is a true Gentleman ...gorgeous to boot

Just saw on a social website that Djamel Bentmane is now General Manager on The Bliss.

 

As of today Errol Bailey joined The Breakaway as GM and that GM is now on The Getaway.  Have also seen in the last day or so that Mark (GM/F&B) on The Bliss is now GM on The Encore.
