Summer of 2021, Ft Lauderdale, no sailings from there?

So, I was searching for summer of 2021 cruises out of Ft Lauderdale.  The months of June through October are grayed out.  I wasn’t searching on ay specific destination, just leaving from FLL.  Are they remodeling the port or something?  I thought it was very odd.  There are cruises out of Port Canaveral, and Miami, but no FLL.

That would make sense.  One would think they would do it more in the off season but maybe not.  Thanks John.

That is the off season for the Caribbean.

I just checked Celebrity, they are showing sailings out of FLL summer of 2021?  Maybe RC just doesn’t have their schedule figured out yet.

Isn't summer the off season for cruising the Caribbean?

Depends on how you look at it. In terms of pricing it’s the high season, number of ships low season.

Perhaps, Ocean Boy, but we are traveling with folks from the UK and this is the only time they can travel (summer months).  Two of them are teachers.

Ocean boy, it’s all good. I didn’t take it ay other way.  Normally, we cruise in September or October but this trip will need to be summertime. 😊

Summer is the off season for South Florida. More ships are in Alaska and Europe then.  People flock to  South Florida and the Caribbean in the winter months
