How far from Heathrow to port

Taking a cruise out of South Hampton, flying into Heathrow, how far is it

About 1.25 - 1.5 hrs by car if traffic ok. Can get pretty busy, and if more than 1 ship in port (usual) can be stuck in traffic in Southampton for half an hour or more. 

 

We live in Southampton and tend to avoid the dock area  on sailing days!
