Edge cabin clarification

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, I will be returning to Celebrity once again after a few years (and am extremely excited to do so) but I can’t find the information I need. I was under the impression that my cabin on Edge had the bed by the bathroom based on these (http://creative.rccl.com/Sales/Celebrity/General_Info/EDGE/17055722_CEL_Deck_Plans.pdf) floor plans but a family member who watched room reviews told me it’s opposite. If anyone can please clarify I would be thankful.

I am booked in 10266, family are in 10264.

EDIT: I checked the spreadsheet and found neither of these rooms.

I believe you are correct 10266 has bed by the bath and10264 has the bed by the balcony.  When I do a search I find a generic  cabin photo that shows the bed by the bath for both 10264 & 10266 which, of course, isn’t accurate as they alternate.

We were in 10222.   The layout shows that it should be by the balcony but it was by the bath.  We really wanted it by the balcony because that is how we like it on the S class.   We were happy that it was wrong because we seen a cabin with it by the balcony during the cabin crawl and it would been cramped.

WELCOME TO CELEBRITY IT DEPARTMENT

Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

So basically it sounds like the deck plan is useless it for determining bed orientation. I guess it will be a surprise when we board. We will be happy either way! Thanks for the replies.

Sorry no personal knowledge, but this video of cabin 10270 shows that stateroom 10270 has the bed by the balcony - so if they alternate, going up the deck plan 10266 should be by the balcony also and 10264 should be by the bath:

Have a wonderful cruise!
