thon Posted January 14, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 14, 2020 We have stayed at the Rodeway near the airport a couple of times and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again. It has free shuttle from the cruise port and to the airport. Won’t need it for our upcoming cruise as we were able to get an earlier flight than before. BlueHerons Posted January 14, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 14, 2020 You can always get a cheap room off hotwire or priceline.
geonurse Posted February 3, 2020 #5 Share Posted February 3, 2020 We had a 7 pm flight on our disembarkation day, so we used resort pass.com and Ubered to Margaritaville Hotel in Hollywood Beach. It was about 15 min from FLL cruise port. We arrived at 10 am to the resort and spent a glorious day by the pool, beach and also the boardwalk. Very enjoyable and went off without a hitch. geonurse Posted February 4, 2020 #7 Share Posted February 4, 2020 We booked a cabana for 200$ for 6 people. Price fluctuates based on dates. The daypass only was 40pp - luggage can be stored inside the hotel, so you really wouldn’t need a cabana.....
