vatofla2009 Posted January 14, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2020 If you purchase the 3 night dinner package when do you pick the restaurants and times? How easy is it to get your choice?
Mr. Click Posted January 14, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 14, 2020 We tried it last tear and while you can pick the restaurants and times you cannot do it until you are onboard the ship. We made that our first stop when we boarded and were told all of the times and restaurants were not available. We ended up going to guest services and just canceling the package. Phxazzcruisers Posted January 14, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 14, 2020 we are currently on a B2B on Celebrity Solstice. As long as you are open to what time you want to eat diner, there have been plenty of open reservations in the specialty restaurants for both cruises. They were selling packages for specialty restaurants during the cruise well past the first day.
NantahalaCruiser Posted January 14, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 14, 2020 At $129 pp, the 3-night package is not much of a deal: $8 discount at Murano, $2 discount at Tuscan Grille and a "negative discount" at the Porch.
justcrusn Posted January 14, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 14, 2020 To answer your original question, you do it onboard. We also make that a first stop (any specialty restaurant) and make our reservations. You often have the first one already reserved, but can change that. Look carefully at the packages, some are better deals than others, and they may go on sale from time to time. We once got 6 nights for the price of 4. It may be as good or better to ask for discounts during the cruise but if you want to be sure, do it ahead of time.
toddmanka Posted January 14, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 14, 2020 The four night package for $ 149 is better deal
