Cartagena Transcaribe Bus

Has anyone taken the Transcaribe (orange city bus) in Cartagena from the cruise port to the clock tower?

Is this still running? Cost? Are bus cards at the place where you would get on? 

Research shows the purple line C001 Cuidadela 2000 - Manga... is only a 17 minute route from port (Frente Soiedad Portuaria) to Torre de Reloj (clock tower). Seems like a good option. 

(Please don't suggest taxi or Hop On-Hop Off bus, as I've already looked into those.)
