If you are booked in a suite in the Haven on the Epic does that include a pass to the spa/thermal suites area or do you have to pay extra as you are not booked into a "spa suite?"  What advantages are there to the Haven Suite area on the Epic?

Thanks

The Haven on the Epic is the best in the NCL fleet. You do get access to the Posh Club (which is the Vibe equivalent on the Epic).

If you are in the Haven Spa Suite then the thermal spa pass is included, if you are in a different Have Suite you can purchase a thermal spa pass separately.

Haven gives you priority to almost everything, concierge can help get last minute reservations at restaurants and shows, if you have tender ports your concierge will escort you down when you want so you don't have to wait in lines, you have dedicated checkin areas at embarkation, you can go to the front of the line to board in any port, you can disembark at the end of your cruise when you want (early, late or in-between).  There is a Haven only restaurant, bar and lounge, sundeck, pool, hot tub.  The Haven is awesome and if there is something you want or need just ask they are usually able to help with most requests.

I'm wondering if they have upgraded the Epic Haven from what it first was? I was on the inaugural TA from England and was not all that impressed. Granted, the weather left a lot to be desired, but the sun deck was completely open and extremely windy (unusable), and going into the restaurant via the CY was like battling a wind tunnel--trying to get into the restaurant was quite a feat on a windy day! Have they made some changes, then?
