ms Veendam and Koningsdam in Port Everglades January 22, 2020

Veendam will be at pier 21 (starboard to) form 0530-1700.  She is doing a 7-day Olivia charter.

Key West, Florida (23 Jan 0800-1700); George Town, Grand Cayman (25 Jan 0800-1500); Roatan, Honduras (26 Jan 1200-1800); Cozumel, Mexico (27 Jan 1100-2300); Fort Lauderdale, Florida (29 Jan a0700)

 

 

Koningsdam will be at pier 26 (starboard to) from 0545-1700.  She will be headed out on an 11-day Southern Caribbean Wayfarer cruise.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten (25 Jan 0800-1700); Fort de France, Martinique (26 Jan 0800-1700); Bridgetown, Barbados (27 Jan 0800-1700); Castries, St Lucia (28 Jan 0800-1600); Basseterre, St. Kitts (29 Jan 0800-1700); St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (30 Jan 0800-1700); Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (01 Feb 0800-1500); Fort Lauderdale, Florida (02 Feb a0700)

 

 

There are no other cruise ships in port.

I have been dreading this post appearing as it means that we have to get of the Dam ship. 

It is a bit misty tonight as KDM heads in towards Port Everglades.

Kathi, which Cunarder did you do your World Cruise on.  Queen Victory was in Fort Lauderdale and by all accounts did very well for herself leaving (I JUST missed her departure).

And it will be chilly in the morning. In the 40s F, coldest morning in several years, of course - probably still warmer than Ireland.

Only 2 Dam ships, including the Veendam who has been lacking in the tooting department - like none at all. 

 

I still plan to be here.
