Most of those lounges are now only available to those with "lanai" cabins on the promenade deck.  Occasionally, on some ships you will find one fore or aft in an obstructed view area.

Sad.  We miss those cushioned teak lounge chairs too!

Nieuw Amsterdam does not have lanai cabins. Yes ,there are chairs on her Promenade deck.
