Quebec City Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas Pier location?

Recommended Posts

Where in Quebec would Royal Caribbean's Vision of the Seas dock/pier be located?  The ship is to spend one night in Quebec, and I'd like to know if there is an exact location for where the Vision of the Seas will be docked.

Thank

This would be the proverbial horses mouth source of info - but right now no listings! The site does have some other useful info, including maps of the cruise docks here.

Pier 21/22 are in the heart of downtown, 30 is barely further away, and the poor schmucks who end up at 103 generally have a shuttle bus running back & forth from downtown so if you assume you'll be walking/cabbing/ubering from 21 for planning purposes you'll have minimal rethinking to do if it turns out you're at another dock. I do see they're listing a dock on the other side of the river now, over in Levis - ignore the driving directions given for that, the ferry is MUCH more convenient as it docks just a couple hundred yards from 81 on the Levis side and very close to the funicular on the Quebec City side.

The port web site to which you linked will show specific piers about a month in advance. If there are a bunch of ships in port on the same day, the ones that are ending/starting cruises (as opposed to overnighting) will be berthed at the piers with the luggage-handling facilities.

Last September, we were overnighting in QC and there were a lot of other ships in port, so we were among the “poor schmucks” out in the boonies. It wasn’t that bad — the shuttles ran often. The main drawback was at night — you couldn’t just walk off the ship and be in the Old City.
