It seems with all the excitement of coronavirus and the Asian cruises, I didn't realize the HAL 2021 Europe cruises are finally posted on the website.

 

Six ships in Europe for 2021:  Ryndam, N Statendam, Westerdam, Zuiderdam, Rotterdam and Veendam.

There were there last week...there were some questions about them.

Except for Ryndam, which was only recently posted, HAL Europe 2021 has been bookable since back around Thanskgiving if not earlier (I can't remember exactly when they came out). There was no big splashy announcement, they just randomly showed up.

I think you are indeed correct.  Those inclusive fares were showing before now.
