What happened to Customer Service?  If there are system errors, they can't be busy.  Why couldn't they take your particulars and phone you back in an hour!

A big online OZ TA first had the following notifications on their webite.

 

First it said at 11.15 am

then it said at 11.30 am

 

Now it says this Cruises Coming Soon

If only I wasn't so fussy with my room choice, I could have just let let a TA do this for me.

But I want to see the prices of the various categories as well (A's B's and C's) before I decide on what cabin.

I emailed the PCP who has been helping me and he said that everyone has access at the same time. I was hoping he would have access earlier being a Princess person! 😀 Got through to the cruise we want on the website but then it says 'Pricing is currently not available for this date or the selected cabin type. Please try a different departure date, cabin type or check back later.'

Good luck everyone! I had luck earlier this morning buying reserved seats for the ANZAC Day AFL game in the Melbourne Cricket Club reserve. Strangely it was easier to do it on my phone rather than my laptop.

I just got the phone message about experiencing lots of calls and "you know you can book online ...".😅
