Wheechair boarding time ?

Recommended Posts

We are leaving Sydney OPT on a Carnival Cruise in April.   I have requested wheelchair assistance for boarding, and we have a 12-12.30 boarding time on our boarding passes.   Carnival has given me 2 different answers on when to arrive.  One was arrive early and go straight to the wheelchair area, the other answer was arrive at your assigned boarding time.   Anyone know how it works ?

Go early and go straight to the wheelchair area

You will be on quite quickly

Yep, wheelchair, walking frame, and walking stick get priority and usually so do the group travelling with them. This has always been the case with our group of 6 regardless of the cruise line.

Thanks for your replies.   That's how I thought it happens
