Rare New2cruise2022 Posted January 9, 2023 #26 Posted January 9, 2023 I sail in less than 2 weeks. I never even saw it offered for my sailing? Did I miss something or is it sometimes not offered?

We have 3 cabins and one of the cabins has 3 elders in it, one with a scooter. They won't get on the ship without me but we are in separate cabins. Just trying to figure out if it's worth it for convenience. However, if its not typically honored for boarding and what not, its no good to me. 🙄
alchemist4 Posted January 16, 2023 #29 Posted January 16, 2023 It was worth it for the 5 day. We planned on spa treatments anyway, so having breakfast every morning through room service was great (and effectively free) Priority boarding was useless cause of the security line. The canapés were a joke. Like cat food on tiny pieces of untoasted bread. 3 1

OMG... that truly made me laugh out loud!🤣😝🤢 We always have suites on cruises and I give the butler a list of things I want and don't want and sometimes they bring the canapes anyway. I am going to steal this wording and tell them again and maybe this will help! 1 1

jbcallender Posted January 17, 2023 #32 Posted January 17, 2023 We had all that as suite guests recently. I will say that out Suite Concierge was like an offensive tackle going to the head of the tender lines and entertainment lines! Priority debarkation made leaving much more relaxed and less stressful than other cruises we have been on. 2
SweetNeet Posted January 13 #33 Posted January 13 I paid $200 for the priority pass on our cruise to Bermuda in June, 2024. Had priority boarding in New York with no problem. However, no priority debarkation upon our return. We were in line for over an hour with everyone else. No instructions were given for priority debarkation. Just got off another cruise on a different cruise line for the New Year and had priority for embarkation and debarkation. Worked like a charm. We have another cruise with NCL scheduled for June. Thinking long and hard about giving them another $200 for nothing. Do better Norwegian. 1
Mike A Posted January 13 #34 Posted January 13 You should have received Yellow/Gold Priority Baggage Tags in your stateroom from your Steward a couple of days before the return to NYC. With that you would have been in the first group off the ship. It appears your Steward dropped the ball. 1

You have to advocate for yourself and ask when you don’t get what you have paid for. Complaining 7 months later is worthless because it is not fixable then. 1
