I have seen the taxi rates in various places and they all state $2-4 per bag. I haven't been able to determine if that is for people going to/coming from the airport who have luggage or if that also applies to cruise passengers who have beach bags, beach toys, etc. I also haven't been able to determine if this price gets added as a per person charge or not (meaning if we have 3 people, but only 1 bag, are we each being charged the $2-4 or is that $2-4 just added on to the total of the taxi fare). If anyone can provide some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

The bag fee is per bag not per person.  If it’s a bag that fits on your lab there won’t be a charge but understand that the taxis are multi passenger taxis so they will fill it with other passengers and many transports are on flat bed trucks with benches so there is no place for big bags.
