I believe some ship excursions will. Not sure where you'd go though.

I know the Altun Ha Maya ruins is relatively level for the walkways.  I've seen wheelchairs there.

And since Belize City is a tender port, your ship may be able to direct you to a tender that can accommodate a scooter, but it won't be easy boarding from the ship or on the return.  Most people use wheelchairs or walkers.

 

Reach out to the Disabilities boards here and ask your question, someone there will know for sure.
