New Policy - Cancel up to 48 hours before your cruise

Front page of their website today - cancel any cruise through July 31 up to 48 hours ahead of time, and get a future cruise credit valid through 2021.  Good move, RCCL.

Must have a lot of callers, been on hold with TA for over a hour.

An hour on hold on the main number and I got through, cruise cancelled. What a relief 😅. Port fees and taxes back to credit card the rest future cruise credit! 🤗

I WAS ON HOLD 3 HOURS, AND i NOW HAVE $3000 IN FUTURE cRUISE CREDIT!!!

You always try to provide us with unique info from the TA side and it’s appreciated. This afternoon I have had people like you and our usual TA on my mind as none of this is your fault nor his but it will effect you both just the same. I don’t know how to fix this situation, but I did want you to know I was thinking of you and concerned.
