Anyone was able to get through to RC on the phone?

Hour and 45 minutes yesterday afternoon, but eventually they answered and took care of me. I feel so bad for the people staffing the phones.  I had my phone on speaker and them multi-tasked getting some work done on my computer so it wasn't as boring, didn't feel as long.

Guess I was lucky. I was only on hold about 20 minutes. The dedicated C&A number just gave me the funny busy signal so I called the regular number. The poor agents are really swamped, but the lady I spoke to said she didn’t mind because she’s getting overtime.
