Cancelling one person under Cruise with Confidence

Recommended Posts

Hi-

This was my situation this week. The remaining passenger is re-priced as a single occupancy.

For me it was either pay double to travel solo or the cancelling passenger gets FCC.

This was as of Thursday.

We can do a name change on the booking any time up until 48 hrs prior departure.

I’ve just checked and if you cannot travel but your friend still wants to then she will be protected – no further costs for her.  We can then issue you a Future Cruise Certificate to the value of everything that you’ve paid.  You will be able to use this future cruise certificate on any cruise up until December 2021.

From my agent.
