Pre & Post Prepaid Hotel canellations due to COVID-19

Just curious.  If your cruise has recently been cancelled due to COVID-19 and you had booked prepaid, non-refundable hotels for pre and/or post cruise nights -   What hotel or resort and did they agree to refund your Money.

We had a nonrefundable points reservation at the Hilton Moorea. Based on Hilton’s new policy allowing cancellations even for nonrefundable rates, I canceled yesterday with no problems. All points will be returned. Also had purchased an upgraded room directly with the Hilton and they assured me they will refund the money.

Intercontinental at Papeete is offering refunds or the option to change your dates. We had booked at the pre-paid, non-refundable rate.
