On Edge some are getting to enjoy the “Suite” life and practically all have been given a balcony stateroom. Whilst they are deep cleaning the ship they are also getting to enjoy being on the other side and eating in the MDRs etc.

From the Voluntary Suspension of Cruising page on Celebrity's website:

 

Q: Are you still taking care of crew pay during this time?

A: Thank you for thinking of our crew. In many ways, we view our crew as the backbone of our operation, and we know just how truly important they are. For that reason, we are taking care of all Celebrity shipboard crew members.  Compensation will be provided during our suspension.
