Lets think about that "too sweet" thing.  I just boiled up 10 cups of highbush cranberry juice, and added 14 cups of sugar.  Took a lot of "boil and bubble" do disolve it, but I have red jelly.  Too sweet?  Probably.

Yep, gotta boil it and add sugar hot

 

Takes an insane amount to get it right

The tri-cities area (Albany - Schenectady - Troy)............went to Siena in Loudonville............worked in Troy. Have lived in Troy, Halfmoon and Grafton, NY.

I don't like any iced tea, period. When I first moved to TN in 1995 and went to a banquet they only offered iced tea. When I asked the waiter for water instead he looked at me like I had two heads or a bad case of acne.

 

I do like hot tea on occasion.
