It's the tourists and Spring Breakers!!!!

Sometimes it's the Snowbirds too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our condo complex is slowly losing SB's - lots of cars missing from the parking lot, hurricane shutters closed and the traffic on A1A is getting lighter!!!!!

We have summer people and winter people. The winter people stayed longer last year and came late this year. Some are sill hanging around, but many are heading out.

Traffic is still a pain in the butt though. There are a lot more Dade / Broward people that are buying property here so we still have plenty of traffic, especially on the weekends.
