Future Cruise Certificate Question

We had our cruise cancelled for this weekend like a lot of people.  We used the certs for this cruise.  If we take the cash what happens to the

certificates?  Are they refunded to us as well and gone or do they put them back in the hopper to use later?

They refunded our FCC with our refund on Japan Cruise.   I wish they had just put them back as FCC but they didn’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That doesn't seem right that you lost the OBC that you purchased them for in the first place.
