Still confused FCC and $600 ...

Recommended Posts

I received the FCC Or $600 OBC Email today.

Last Monday cancelled March 29th 2020 Cruise.

Rebooked a October 2020 Cruise.

I received a $130 OBC because of the price difference between the original & rebooked Cruise.

I called this week to change my Cabin location, same 8C Balcony Category & Price. Just now on Empress Deck, my preference.

Do I receive the $600 OBC when I board in October.

 I did NOT book ES.

I always book so that IF I change my mind, there are NO penalties. More expensive, but worth it to me.

I do tend to change ships & itineraries booking a year or two in advance.

Thank You

🛳🛳

Yes, as long as you filled out the online form.

I received the same letter - since I rescheduled a day before Carnival cancelled the upcoming cruises, I wasn’t expecting the offer.

but I received the email, clicked the link and completed the online form.

The OBC should show on your account once you board.

Does anyone know if I have to call carnival to get the FCC applied to my new rebooked cruise? I've followed the above steps as well and filled out he form. The $250 down payment to me was worth getting the ship, itinerary and cabin I wanted. Now I'm just waiting for my FCC to come in to pay off the balance.

Do I HAVE to call carnival for this to happen? Or will it show up in my account at some point? I havent tried calling thus far because I know the lines have been crazy...

I think you have to call in to have it applied.
