P&O Cruisers - What are things like where YOU are?

Merry Christmas from a bright and frosty Stoke morning. No-one seems to be stirring yet, not even a mouse. Kids throughout the land are probably wide awake in bed waiting for their parents to give the slightest indication they are awake.

Merry Christmas to all my virtual friends and sparring partners!

Socially distanced table laid for Xmas Lunch. Looks at bit odd with my wife and I at one end - gap - one daughter in middle - gap - other daughter and partner at far end. Window will be open. Debating how best / safe to serve veg etc. As if it’s all not complicated enough already 😂

Have a great day everyone.

Sending my best wishes to you all this Christmas!

I'm actually feeling quite guilty that we can still have our daughter, son in law and baby round over Christmas when so many people are on their own.

There will be 6 of us & baby but I’m used to catering for 12+ most Christmases so I expect we’ll have way too much food.
We had a family zoom Christmas quiz this evening with my parents, kids, sister & her family and will be FaceTiming my parents & in-laws tomorrow.

I think it’s my parents first Christmas Day on their own since 1968, but at least they have each other 😊

Happy Christmas Sarah.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

Graham.

Have a great day everyone, eating too much, drinking too much, thinking of loved ones and not worrying about a trade deal just for one day!!!

Merry Christmas to all of you.

Andy & Michelle xx

Same back to you Andy & Michelle.

Happy Christmas.

First year also in 42 years together that it is just the 2 of us.

It is our first Christmas alone for us too but we have got used to being together after 40 years so we will make the best of it. Family Zoom session this afternoon, should be a riot with those who have not done it before.  We have just opened the presents and people seem to have been worried that we wouldn't have enough food and drink judging be the wine and food goodies that we have recieved, enough wine, chocolates, fancy teas and biscuits to last us until next Christmas.😂😂

A very Merry Christmas to everyone, from a frosty, sunny Barnsley. I hope Santa left you all some lovely presents, as you've been good all year. The turkey's in the oven and everything's prepared, so on with the festivities. No matter how many is at your table this year, have a lovely time.🥰

Happy Christmas everyone.  I hope that you all manage to have a good day despite the restrictions on us at the moment.  I would like to thank my Cruise Critic friends for all of the support that you have shown to me and each other throughout this awful year. Only 7 more days then hopefully we will be in a new year which will be better than this one.

I just asked David whether he wanted Yorkshie Puddings and thankfully he said no, so I have one less thing to do.

How can you have a roast without Yorkies, proper ones not the puff and whaff supermarket ones. I saw a recipe for Yorkshire pudding pizza not long ago, so actually tried it earlier this week and have to say they were great.
