Hi to all my Cruise Critic friends,

Things are better in Boston now. The past few days I was not able to log in to cruise critic 😳 I don’t know what was wrong it just wouldn’t let me sign in. I tried tonight and it worked fine. Happy Happy 😁😁

I just like to say thank you all for the kind Response about my cruise friend Sue.

I had the same problem, couldn't keep up the "live from" that I started! It still won't work on my phone.

Hi donswife,

I couldn’t get it to work on my iPad. I don’t use the phone to go on CC.

let’s hope it keeps working 🤞

Tony, are you a night owl 😄? It's awfully late in Boston!

I had issues for four days staying on CC.  I would sign in and then it would immediately sign me out.  I couldn't check notifications either.  I sent an e-mail to the CC help desk and received this reply.  I clered my browser's cache and now it works!  I appreciated the prompt response from CC.

Hi There

My tech team is aware and investigating these issues.

In the meantime, some members have found relief clearing their browsers cache and cruise critic cookies that are stored on their browser (or device)

For help with how to clear a browser’s cache:

https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser

For help clearing just Cruise Critic cookies, and not all,   I have included a link that explains the process for various browsers: https://www.lifewire.com/clear-cookies-for-one-site-4587347 and also for different mobile devices: https://lexisnexis.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/1080838/~/clear-cache-and-cookies-on-most-common-mobile-browsers

Thank you for your patience while my team addresses these issues

I guess I missed all the "access denied" fun. I don't hold cookies very long

Today I am taking the entire family (2 kids, 1 SO, 6 grandkids, 1 friend) to 6 Flags. Its been raining off and on all week but supposed to stop at 10am. So getting grands after school and heading over for rides & animals.

Also grabbed a NS rt flight for my British Isles cruise next year. EZAIR flights are way WAY down in price.  Just 586 and that's from SFO!!

So it's a happy day 😊

Spent a week battling a monster sinus infection and its after effects. Doctor wanted me to take a Covid test so I scheduled a PCR test at CVS got a next day appointment and got results 24 hours later. Negative thank God. So hope that gives those who who are anxious about the two day requirement some reassurance. They also have the rapid antigen test available. Because you conduct the swab yourself, package it and drop it off in the container you tie up the drive up window for a while. As I got in my car after depositing the test the lady waiting behind me gave me the Jersey one finger salute. It took me soooooo loooong to buckle up, close the window and getting the car going.

Friday we had to pick up our almost 13 yo triplet girls from school and drove them back to their mother, took almost two hours for what should have been a 45 minute drive. It was great fun listening to their school stories. When the subject of school lunch came up and all the choices we have, they were amazed that in my day we had two choices, take it or leave it, which was usually some sort of mystery meat covered with brownish green gravy. However they did not believe that we went to school from 6 am to 6 pm daily. I didn't bring up the 5 mile hike each way.😜

Everyone have a great week!!!!

That's what I told my girls when they were young.  And it was like this right up to end of June when school let out.  And then it was summer for two months and then back to this after Labor Day.

Just made appointments for our Boosters. We couldn't get the same time slot for both of us so it will be two trips to CVS - me at 1:00 and my wife at 4:00. We already had our flu shots so this "should" be it for the year as far as vaccinations go.

I slow down for rude folks. All. The. Time. It's amazing just how long it can take to pull out my wallet to pay. Wait! Maybe I need to write a check??

My Mom's story was barefoot, uphill both ways, in the snow, and she had to milk the cow and wash the dishes before she went. My siblings and I believed her until we were old enough to realize that she grew up in Jacksonville Florida. 🙄😆

I was always happy to listen to my younger daughter and her friends in the back seat. They trusted me enough to talk normally without fear of retribution. I thought of it as a complement from her friends (some of whom I still talk to years later).

Being on the edge of the world on a short peninsula in Washington, we are "enjoying" our "Cyclone Bomb" which began today. We lost power this morning for 3 hours and our fabulous PUD got us up and running. Gusts in a nearby town have been 51 mph. They say the worst is yet to come.

It's wet. That's an understatement. I always wanted a pond in my yard. My dtr lost her fence (she'll find out when she gets back from the weekly Clayton -> LA -> Clayton trip. Normally back by 3, it's 6:30 & almost back)

The only way I know how to delete cookies is by eating them! But CC is working on my phone again.

Cookies that you eat: A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips

(In my case, as a guy, it's not so much the hips as the belly...)
