Yup Love the Love Boat theme when the ships horn is sounded. In port at Grand Cayman he did it three times in a row. Loved it.

A few years ago we were leaving PE on the Royal with the then new Disney ship (name?) followed us out of the harbor.  A horn battle erupted between the Royal and the Disney ship for three rounds of horn blasts.  First was the Love Boat followed by the Disney theme song (?).  People were per usual on the beach and jetty to watch the cruise ships leave the harbor one after another and were cheering the horn battle.  it was really exciting to witness it.

Thank you for posting.  It  just made me yearn to be on a ship again.  

I was on the Sky cruise where all had to disembark on March 14.

During that cruise we had ships following us throughout the Caribbean.

The Captain always had fun showing up the other ships with their boring

horns, and then our awesome Sky song.

Disney ships can play 6 songs on their horns.  Very fun to be there and hear them, whether on board or from shore.

Thank you for sharing this, that was funny. I remember when I was on the Regal last year and they blew the horn. What a pleasant surprise! I was not expecting the Love Boat!
