My main was roasted lamb with pea purée, buffalo feta, balsamic currants and baby radish. Here are the menus. My dining partner had the mushroom risotto for entree and the ocean trout for mains. Our sides were the grilled broccolini, garlic & chilli oil, prosciutto crumbs & sesame seeds/roast pumpkin, pesto, marinated feta and pumpkin seeds. In 2011, Lis Lauritzen became the second woman to captain a Royal Caribbean ship when she was named captain of the Vision of the Seas. We live across the street from our city park and they are having Uncle Sam Jam this weekend, carnival, music and fireworks later. Tomorrow night they are having a drone show. Sunday a classic car show which DH will drive his '66 Fairlane across the street to attend. Big traffic jam right now. I'll watch from my porch or driveway.
