I don't think that 250 people on the Zaandam have experienced COVID-like symptoms since March 22nd.  I believe that the Captain reported that there had been 250 people during the voyage who had exhibited these symptoms, although there were none at the time they first tried to disembark in Chile.  The symptoms started to show shortly after that.
