Travel insurance scam/mistake?

If you log into Princess.com ... if you do not have a log in with them, still click on Log In and it will bring you to a screen with 2 options,  fill in your name, date of birth and your booking confirmation  ...  then under the payments, click on booking balance (select) and that will bring you to a page  which gives you your cruise fare and taxes.  In that box, there is a link: View Guest Level Invoice details and that will open a new page with a detailed Princess invoice.    I would recommend that you register with Princess and keep an account with them, or with any other cruise/airline company.   Good Luck.

So,  are you really saying you got NOTHING via email after you booked the  cruise???    This is highly unusual and frankly=  not typical.     At the very least,  an invoice would have been sent to you,   with an itemized  invoice,   with booking number,   cruise, date of cruise, and any insurance.    Total would be listed and confirmation of your credit card payment.

Go BACK into your email and take a look.   99,9 %  it was sent to you.

Has anybody used Royal Caribbean Travel Protection booked with TA through RCI.  This was for a 3/29 cruise and we have not received a refund for the insurance for our cancelled cruise.  Anybody else have this problem?
