I always liked those elevator mats.  Now I think they could really be useful everywhere.....as long as there was a reliable person to keep them on track.

It's easy.  Just remember the old rhyme.......

30 days hath September, Tuesday, June and Thursday, 

All the rest have Wednesday, 

Except for February alone, which has Saturday, except in a Leap Monday, when it has Friday and Sunday.

On shore -- I LOVE them. It's such a fun day of the week.

On Ship -- Not a fan. Whenever I see the Friday carpet in the elevator, it usually means the cruise is almost over 😞

No. For those who take longer cruises, or cruises that don't do a Saturday-Saturday run, Friday is merely another day to enjoy.

HAL had a link to the whole set of elevator mats on its FB page. I downloaded them and use them as my profile pick. The first thing I do when I wake up is change up a day. 
Otherwise, I’d have no idea what day it is.

I've been following HAL on FB....and adding it to my own timeline phonto each day to remind me...I tend to forget Wednesday every week, trying to get through the week, I guess.  🤷‍♀️

It'll be interesting to see how the occupancy of the elevators is affected by the six-foot social separation protocol, if that will be part of the future of cruising -- especially as a condition of cruising before the July 24th CDC No-Sail Order.

Even if they changed the mats at 9 pm, very few if us would see them changed!
