My June 5 2020  Alaskan cruise was canceled by Celebrity on March 23, via email. I filled out the refund preference survey, and chose refund. I was told 45 days minimum. I just got almost half refunded by May 16 to my credit card, and will wait patiently for the rest. I am sure they are overwhelmed, sheer volumes of restructuring vacations, re-booking, redoing EVERYTHING, just seems like common sense to wait a little extra time for a refund. (Losing my credit card & cruising points was more upsetting than waiting for my refund!)
