I put in for a price drop with my TA. After 3 phone calls over 2 days, finally landing with a supervisor, she got us the ONL fare code with $600 OBC plus a $200+ price drop. I'm kicking up my heels, but I have no idea what an ONL code is. I'd ask her, but she's swamped right now what with all that's going on. CC posters have a whole lot more experience than I do with these codes. Thanks in advance!

ETA: this is for our Freedom cruise out of Galveston in October of this year.

When I was rebooking a cancelled cruise I was offered this same thing so I took it. Ended up my cruise was paid in full from cancelled cruise and had the $600 OBC from cancellation plus the $200 for ONL. I didn't even ask what ONL is.
