Hi, I have just tried the UK site with no problems, I could select a cabin and pay if I had wanted to. Janice

I had that problem yesterday and called customer service. They thought it was a glitch in the website. They said if it didn't clear up today to call and ask for tech services. It cleared up for me this morning.

I have been having that message all day too when trying to log in to my reservations.

Frustrating.

Today on the Canadian site.

A different thread states big changes July 13th. I know MSC website is always slow to catch up and a mess (at the best of times). As the Lirica doesn't seem to appear at all for 2021, and I am booked for April cruise on her, I bet every website has a lot of changes going on....and of course, the phone staff never know what is happening on the website.

My turn to get that message.  Last night and again today.  Really annoying!

Last night I was able to log into our account for the first time in a while, they had allocated our cabin for October 21.
