Just Fill Out Form Only??

I keep getting an error message, saying my original booking cannot be found and to call Carnival. 😡  I had two Radiance cruises cancelled and I can't submit the form for either one.  And they are also both still showing in my cruise manager on the website.

I get the error message that Amadawn1 has gotten when submitting the form.  I just figure it will take Carnival IT a few days to catch up.  If I still get the same message next week, I'll be calling the Diamond Desk for resolution.

I filled out the form for two different cruises that were cancelled. On one I asked for a full refund and, after a month, it still showed up on my Cruise Manager. After a call to Carnival I found out the cancellation had not been processed; the agent processed it right then and there and I received my refund within a week. 

 

TL;DR version: Fill out the form and then call Carnival unless you want to wait a while.

I got an email this morning verifying that my refund will be processed.

I would have rebooked again, but this would be the third time, and I am going to hand on to my gc until things are verified as "normal" before I think about a cruise.

I second this. When my transpacific cruise was cancelled by Carnival, I submitted the form online. I gave it a little over a month, then called to verify. They said they had no record of my refund request. He processed my request on the phone and I received my refund over 60 days later. I wonder if it would have been faster if I had just called immediately.
