How to: Change your Cruise Critic Email Address or User Name

If you have a new email address and would like this updated on your profile, please write to help@cruisecritic.com.  Please include both your old and new email in addition to your user name in that email.

 

If you would like us to change your existing Cruise Critic Member Name, please send an email using your Cruise Critic email address of record to help@cruisecritic.com and include your current user name and a few choices for your new user name.
