Making a Payment

I was browsing around my NCL account today trying to find what my final payment date is and how to make a payment and came up dry. Our cruise is still over a year away. Is that why?  Can anyone tell me where to go to make a payment?

Drill into the specific cruise.  Click on the "Summary" link at the top left.  You'll now be on the Vacation Summary screen.  Scroll down to the "Payment" section.  Click on the "+" sign off to the right.  It will expand and there is a "Make Payment" button on the screen, below the payment summary details.

 

FYI... This is done using a computer.  I'm not sure how it works on a phone or tablet.

I wouldn't give them a dime until it was absolutely necessary....JMHO.

A year  away  it's 120 days prior to sailing.  Are you in your latitudes account?    The cruise is listed -  IF you booked with your Latitudes account number?    There is a payment link.

I wasn't planning on paying anything else until I had to I just wanted to know when the final payment was due.  I see no payment link anywhere. I am using a tablet though, maybe that is why.

worst case scenario, give them a call at the 800# and make the payment to whoever answers. give them your reservation number and you should be ok. i dont blame you however if you dont want to shell out any unnecessary money right now.

I’m not sure why you aren’t seeing payment buttons.  I’m writing this now from my iPad, and if I sign into my NCL account using my browser, it looks just like I described above.  In fact, you can also make payments from you top-level “My Account” page.  
 

If using the NCL app for iPhone, you can make payments from the “My Vacations” list.  Click the plus sign to expand it if necessary.

Correct-  all payments  HAVE to be through a TA booking.   
 

 

If booked via a TA.  Final payment is somewhere on your invoice.

Ooooohhhhhh, I understand.  I did book through a TA but thought I could make a payment through the NCL website.  That explains that.

Our final payment date was updated today on the website. When I went to my reservation and looked at the summary the change had been made from November to January . We are scheduled to cruise mid March .( fingers crossed)
