I thought it was set up similar to the Italian lunch place where you indicate on the order form what ingredients you wanted and they bring the prepared product to you. Thanks for advising about that. 👍 I've not (yet) been on anything newer than Dream-class ships, so I haven't seen the pre-order style being utilized. Good to know there's some 'history' in the changes they'll be needing to make there. My concern, voiced earlier, was much more focused on the actual food prep area (where the woks, proteins, and bowls appear). There were some rather serious food service violations taking place, but those have been somewhat recently addressed. Thanks, again. . Link to post Share on other sites
