We requested a refund, and was told...no they are only giving a credit...AND at only 100%. However, their T&C clearly states Does anyone have any ideas on how to get deposit refunded? Everyone I know or hear from this board took the future cruise credit to rebook. My question to you is if Scenic agrees to refund you all but the deposit? My thinking is that you may be able to do a chargeback on your final payment assuming that the payment was made not too long ago. As for the deposit, we have no choice but to take the future cruise credits. My hope is that the cruise line will survive, so we can cruise again and not lose our money. Both were cancelled and I was offered similar options on both, I chose a refund on one and a rebook on another. No their T&C did state they would give a refund. However they refused. Finally after over 6 months they agreed, and then did not refund for another 6 months.
