Just called to reprice my Med on the Epic in Sep 2021. Have an inside and want to move to a PrivaSea balcony and still comes out $100/pp less. All I lose is one specialty dinner, as I booked at 3 and now it is 2. Also, get the extra 7 points.

Of course, I just called and their "system is down", and they are not expecting to be able to do any changes until tonight or tomorrow morning, go figure!!

I did 3 months (3 separate) of Europe travel last year.    I paid $299- $699 Cruise only,   2 7 day,  1 each-  10, 11 and 12 days.     All solo rates.

It’s unknown what’s ahead for prices.   I’ve already booked on other lines.

Thanks. Those were great (low) fares. Did you book directly with the cruise lines or a TA or another cruise-related web site?

My PCC was able to finish my re-pricings at 4:00 Pacific Time.

Saved $200 and added Double Lat Points and WIFI to one.

Saved $40 added Double Lat Points on another.

Called NCL PCC and he rebooked a new reservation with new promotion package to replace my previous booking. The new NCL confirmation indicates the follow promo codes, without mentioning the "LATITUDE", which should refer to the additional bonus latitude points.

I wonder if these are the same codes for anyone who rebooked under this promotions in the last 24 hours.

Should the LATITUDE promo code be there?

The double latitude points don't apply to all sailings I was told. I didn't get them on my Dec 2021 on the Joy but I did get them for Epic April 2022 and Gem Oct 2022

Possible. Has to look for the following in the course of booking, if one books direct online with NCL.

1. the existence of the small icon "past guest offer" in the pricing table (click on it and see what it says) and

2. the explicit reminder which shows bonus latitudes points

My repriced confirmations also do not have the LATITUDES promo code on them.  I'm hoping the extra point is bundled into the LATVIP15 code which obviously gives the 15% discount.

Does it normally show up on the Reservation Summary page on your Account on NCL.com?  I don't see any mention of it there either.

did anyone that re-priced and got the 15% past guest discount also use the Caesar's rewards discount?  I'm wondering if you can stack those discounts

For this particular promo, it was mentioned "during" the booking stage, but not on the summary page, nor on the NCL confirmation. I understand that in the past whenever bonus latitudes points are rewarded, a dedicated promo code "LATITUDE" would be displayed, though NCL might create new codes for different purposes. My booking is for Nov 2021 sailing.

I rebooked mine yesterday and LATITUDE is on my confirmation page.

So, I would urge anyone who rebooked on a cruise that is supposed to have the extra Latitudes point per night, to call NCL and have it added, if LATITUDES does not currently show up on your confirmation.  It was not on mine after repricing yesterday.  Since I saw the above posting, I called NCL and that part of the promo was indeed NOT on my bookings.  The agent added LATITUDES to both my cruises and it now properly shows on my confirmations.

Remember, not all cruises may qualify for the additional point.  You might want to recheck on NCL.com first to see if it is one that qualifies.

If you're platinum or above with Caesars, you can get a discount on NCl cruises.  10% for platinum, 20% for Diamond, and 30% for seven stars

There's also a 15% discount for previous cruisers. So, get your rebate!

Yes!!!  That is the most important.  Be sure to mention it to your agent to ensure it is applied to your booking.  Not all agents know this and it is not automatically applied.

That's good news that the NCL agent was able to add the code for you. Will do it.

It was strange that after I posted yesterday, I made another fresh booking online for sailing in Oct 2022 and the LATITUDES code appeared on that confirmation, but not the one sailing in Nov 2021. I rechecked and both cruises have the same promo for past guest offer with bonus points.

The NCL agent manually updated the code in my booking. Done!

In the US, NCL will happily reprice your cruise to the currently available pricing at any time up to when the final payment is due.  This is because, up to that date you can also just cancel the cruise and rebook it again to get current pricing.

However, when they reprice, they also change you to any promos that now apply (and you no longer get the promos in effect on your original booking).

For cruises that are a good way off, the prices may go up and down thru time and the promos (the Free at Sea offerings and sometimes on board credits and a few other things) also come and go.  So it is to your advantage to follow the ever-changing promos and then do the math as to whether it makes sense for YOU to reprice.

I have repriced my October 2021 cruises three times already and have saved hundreds of dollars off the original booking.  On one of the reprices, I lost perks, but they weren’t that important to me, so I took the price decrease anyway.  Today’s promos actually lowered my price again AND added those perks back into the deal.

Do fake bookings for your cruise each time the promos change up to the last step on their website and see how things compare to your current booking.  Call NCL if you want to change.  Just tell them to reprice to the current promo.

It doesn’t always yield a price reduction.

After final payments are due, none of this will work.  At that time they often drastically reduce price to fill the ship.  SOMETIMES, people still call to see if they can get a price reduction and SOMETIMES NCL will offer you a little OBC, But they don’t have to.

I don’t think it’s all that different from Royal Caribbean.   But NCL doesn’t have a concept of refundable and non refundable deposits.  They are all refundable up to the cutoff date.

The CruiseNext certificate doesn’t change anything.  They will carry it forward when you reprice.

Thanks for the great information.  We did reprice.  Cruise price went up by $140, but we think the two extra perks are worth it.

Now if we could get them to recognize my 21 days on the Norway from before Latitudes started.

They only consider up to a year prior now for adding Latitude points.    So,  you won't get anything added for this long ago sailing.    I was actually on the Norway too,  twice.    Certainly a grand ship.    I guess one reason why I like the Epic,  is the unique differences  from other cruises.   You,  know you're on the Epic.      This is how ships used to be when I started sailing.    Something I miss.

It is not difficult to get to Platinum with NCL and that is all you really need to do at this time.     But it's no going to surprise me-  if they reconfigure the program again as it's not uncommon to have hundreds of qualifies on ships.

We just rebooked our 2022 Panama to NYC cruise on the Jewel with the new promo.  We lost our "free airfare" and $600 OBC, but with the 15% discount, the total dropped by $2200.  We'll roll the dice with the airfare, but the $1600 net savings after losing the OBC will buy a lot of airfare for 2 and we regain control of our flights.
