That's what I'm seeing as well. There are specific "day before arrival" collection times which seem to vary by port. At least here's what I'm seeing listed as two examples for the "day before arrival" collection times. Southampton - 14.30 New York - 16.30 Then there is the additional notation that a later collection is made 2 hours before departure. Edit to add: I found one further example for a "day before arrival" collection time. Halifax - 12.00 This example for Halifax says "No collection after this time".
